After you place an order online, we conduct a thorough inspection of the goods to ensure they are intact and properly packaged before shipping. This is especially important for fragile items, which we pack with protective materials.
If the goods are damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us via email within seven days of receipt and retain the goods, all original packaging, and receipts.
Once we have reviewed the situation, we will arrange for an exchange service and provide you with all the necessary details to complete the exchange.
- Products eligible for exchange: a) Products received do not match the order. b) Products received are damaged.
- Products not eligible for exchange: a) Products damaged after being modified or used by the customer. b) Products received for more than seven days. c) Certain products marked as non-returnable. d) Gifts, bundled sales items, gift packages, and set items cannot be partially returned.
